Hopefully you’ve already heard about Django Django and the dreamy pop of their excellent first LP – French readers head to our review here.
With Born Under Saturn, the Djangos have successfully managed to:

1. Recreate and even improve their very typical sound as if Brian Wilson was asked to sing with Kraftwerk,
2. Take advantage of a more polished production,
3. Keep weird instruments all over the place (“Found You”),
4. Make a 56-minute record that you’ll enjoy from track 1 to 13,
5. (Hopefully) make sure that nobody asks them about Reinhardt or Tarantino’s productions anymore.

Django Django was clearly one of our favorite albums of 2012, and Born Under Saturn will obviously be part of 2015’s list!
